Under no circumstances shall Big Tony's Pizza be liable for any damages resulting from the use of this site or the Materials (as defined below), including without limitation, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive losses, damages or expenses or lost profits or savings even if Big Tony's Pizza has been advised of their possible existence, or even if Big Tony's Pizza or an authorized Big Tony's Pizzarepresentative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
